Lighthouse Software Testing was founded in 2000 by Jeff Van Fleet, President and CEO. With more than 25 years of experience in the management, development, and deployment of complex commercial and DOD software and hardware systems, Jeff brings an expertise in software quality testing processes, program management and technical leadership. In addition, Jeff has extensive experience with the Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) capability maturity model (CMM) level 3 software engineering practices, and has pragmatically applied these practices to increase productivity and software quality for Lighthouse clients.

Over the last decade, Lighthouse has grown around the simple vision of delivering software quality to its clients, regardless of the difficulty of the requirements or size of the software development project.
