Lighthouse Software Testing Gives Back to the Community

At Lighthouse Software Testing, we feel a duty to pass along our good fortune by supporting charities that directly benefit the community. Every year, our software testers and other employees nominate a few charities that they are most passionate about, and then the company votes to select those that we will contribute to throughout the year.

At the end of the year, we hold a special nomination and vote on a third charity that we can support during the holiday season. Our employees raise money in a number of ways in the office, from $2 casual Fridays and sports pools to ”Biggest Loser” competitions and donations made in honor of our clients.

We feel it’s important to get Lighthouse Software Testing employees involved in our charitable efforts as much as possible. By having each employee nominate and vote for charities they are passionate about, it gives each of them an opportunity to raise awareness and support activities for an organization they’re involved in outside of the workplace.
