Jeff Van Fleet
President & CEO

Jeff is the President and Founder of Lighthouse Technologies, Inc., which specializes in software testing, quality assurance and software engineering solutions. He has more than twenty years of experience in the management, development, and deployment of both commercial and Department of Defense (DoD) complex software/hardware systems. His areas of expertise include software quality testing processes, software development program management, technical leadership, and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOD). Jeff has extensive experience with the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Level 3 software engineering practices, and has pragmatically applied these practices to increase productivity and software quality to his customers.

Dave Lachey
EVP, Client Services & Oracle Practice Manager

Dave brings over 25 years of software industry experience including 20 years in Oracle ERP implementations gained through various positions in Fortune 500 technology companies. He has experience in design, development, testing, installation and support of enterprise software and hardware across multiple business areas, effectively implementing installations of Oracle’s ERP system through multiple European and U.S. deployments.

Mark Adams
EVP of Sales and Marketing

Mark brings over 16 years of sales experience to Lighthouse. He is responsible for executing Lighthouse’s sales strategy, developing new long-term clients, managing lead generation initiatives, and implementing Lighthouse's partner program. Mark is also an ESPN college basketball analyst, motivational speaker, author of numerous books, and a former championship college basketball coach.

Lonnie Franks
Executive Consultant

Lonnie brings 30 years of architecture, management and software development experience with focus on dramatically improving software development organizations, while managing $250M annual R&D budgets. Lonnie was founder of Caledonian Project Recovery (CPR), Ltd. which merged with Lighthouse in the Fall of 2004. Lonnie brings an incredible wealth of knowledge in software project management and software quality, but his real strength is in mentoring, coaching, and teaching Lighthouse’s clients and employees these best practices. He continuously learns himself and applies his critical thinking skills to extend the Lighthouse core Quality-Driven Development Methodology™ and push the leading edge of thought.
