It’s no secret that we’ve been steadily growing our Sales team over the past few years.  That team just got a little bigger with the recent addition of Lindsey Wolanczyk—an enthusiastic young lady who is poised for great things!  Check out our interview to see what makes her tick!

Meet Our New Technical Account Manager, Lindsey Wolanczyk!

During my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to interact with a lot of our clients and other potential prospects.  In doing so, I realized that I had a natural ability in communication—and so I’ve been given this wonderful new opportunity to hone that skill in Sales.
It’s been hard to leave the marketing department behind, but my gut told me this was the right move and I really enjoy working with people—so this is a win-win!

In support of our company’s continued growth, our Sales team has recently added its newest member—the brilliant, bubbly Lindsey Wolanczyk!

Let’s get to know her a little bit, shall we?

Tell us a little about your professional background.  How did you get here?

Well, after college I worked in finance for a year and realized that I missed being creative and having free range to create new concepts and ideas.  So, I went into the promotional products industry—where I sold marketing solutions, worked on some really fun projects, and got a taste of how a marketing department is run.  But after three years, I decided that it was time to expand my marketing knowledge—and so I was given the opportunity to come into Lighthouse and manage a marketing department, build things, and really let the creative juices flow.

During my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to interact with a lot of our clients and other potential prospects (tradeshows, events, etc.).  In doing so, I realized that I had a natural ability in communication—and so I’ve been given this wonderful new opportunity to hone that skill in Sales.  It’s been hard to leave the marketing department behind, but my gut told me this was the right move and I really enjoy working with people—so this is a win-win!

What excites you most about your new opportunity in Sales?

Working with people, helping them solve their problems, and building relationships!

What do you plan to bring to your new role?

I plan to bring fresh ideas and a lot of excitement and energy!

What made you want to work at Lighthouse?

The culture.  Everyone who works here is amazing—they come from all walks of life, and they’re so inspiring!  I wanted to be a part of that.

Okay, enough talk about business.  What are some of your hobbies and interests?

I LOVE gardening!  It is my stress relief!  I also love designing and building furniture—and UD basketball.  GO FLYERS!

If you could share a drink with anyone in the world, who would it be?  What would you be drinking?

Amelia Earhart.  She’s always been an inspiration to me to never give up—no matter the odds.

We’d be drinking whiskey—neat.
