Earlier this week, Lighthouse Technologies had the incredible privilege of celebrating our 25th anniversary surrounded by current and former employees, friends, family, and partners.
When Jeff Van Fleet founded Lighthouse Technologies in 2000, he envisioned a software company defined by exceptional quality, a strong and supportive culture, and an unwavering commitment to our customers. Twenty-five years later, that vision has grown into a thriving, values-driven organization that continues to shine brightly in our industry and throughout our community.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey. Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or joined us somewhere along the way, your support has shaped who we are. And to those who celebrated with us—thank you for helping make this milestone truly unforgettable.
This anniversary has given us a perfect opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve come. Over the past 25 years, Lighthouse Technologies has proudly employed more than 248 team members and supported 79+ clients—all of whom we consider part of our extended family. As we’ve grown, so has our ability to give back. We’re honored to have contributed more than $56 million to our local economy!
From supporting local organizations like Technology First to partnering with meaningful charities such as Crayons to Classrooms, Make-A-Wish, and Ronald McDonald House, our mission has always been about more than just business. We are—and always will be—focused on building relationships, serving others, and making a positive impact.
To commemorate this milestone, we put together a special video highlighting key achievements, meaningful moments, and heartfelt reflections from the past 25 years. We hope you’ll take a moment to watch it, learn more about our journey, and join us in celebrating a quarter-century of software quality and continuous improvement.
Here’s to 25 years of growth, innovation, and impact—and to the many exciting years ahead. Thank you for being part of our story!
