Today I was having a conversation with my younger daughter, Rachel, about her internship. She had the opportunity this summer to work at The Garage Group, a Lean Innovation consultancy that helps Big Companies innovate faster and more effectively by applying startup-inspired approaches and lean thinking. She learned a ton and had the opportunity to write and co-write several blogs.
Instead of hearing from me, I thought you all would like to hear from Rachel and The Garage Group on how truly innovative leaders apply associative thinking – the ability to connect previously unconnected dots.
